Organizational structure
Good generation for World, Ethiopia is managed by the board of directors, where Mr. Aklilu is a founder and the chairperson of the organization. Mr. Aklilu is a young and enthusiastic person leading the organization. The charity organization has three departments that are:
- Economic empowerment
- Education and training
- Environmental protection
The department is led by highly qualified and experienced professionals in the field. We are also working with voluntary people who are ready to help our charity. The organization has a multipurpose building that provides financial support to the charity. we are utilizing the building to train people. The building is used as a food bank center, a training canter, offices, guest rooms, a gymnasium, books and digital libraries, conference rooms, and more.
Our People
We pride ourselves on the credentials, qualifications, and above all, the experience of our people. To ensure efficient service delivery to our beneficiaries we assign the right people with experience to leverage their skills and experience. Our senior staff is directly involved in all aspects of your project, including the definition of scope and approach, day-to-day operations, and monitoring and evaluation. Our staff members have bachelor’s minimum degrees from recognized universities We are working with volunteers in almost every aspect of our activities. We work with the active participation of volunteers; Voluntarism is central to our organizational set-up.

In partnership with our donors, we have introduced the country’s first-ever Food Bank in Ethiopia, a system that allows the poor to permanently receive Ethiopian food items free of charge from our food bank. We are working hard to build on this.
Simplify the culture of reading and the values and history of the country and equip the generation with knowledge. This is led by highly educated professionals, both at home and abroad, in the field of training and education.
Environmental protection and care
Our organization is committed to doing a wide range of activities in Ethiopia, from the effects of climate change on every home in Ethiopia.
We are well on our way to becoming a role model for the rest of the world and Africa as a whole before this climate change poses a serious threat to the world and Africa.
