GGFW works on multiple fronts to develop the economy of Ethiopia. As a committed and passionate charitable organization that believes in empowering the youth and building a strong nation for tomorrow, we help people in achieving self-sustainability to ensure they are able to meet their ends. For this reason, we have three broad departments that ensure optimal well-being of the community. They are as follows.
Training and Development Department
We are setting up a Department called Training and Development with the aim of educating the next generation on intellectual and moral values. This department is committed to working with the mind to facilitate educational opportunities, provide on-the-job training, and produce an ethical generation. To that end, we have set up training centers, counseling offices, and libraries.
Economic Empowerment Department
GGFW strives to contribute to the economy by supporting disparate groups, which includes young children, women and mothers, as well as disabled people. Our objectives is to create a sustainable ecosystem that promotes their wellbeing and nurturing. We will achieve this be creating an ecosystem where the youth and the population can evaluate what is not right for the community and take initiative to remove and sell recyclable waste, while earning income for their deed.
Protecting Environmental Control Department
Our company is committed to doing a wide range of work in the future, both in and out of the environment. We are well on our way to becoming a role model for the rest of the world and Africa as a whole before this climate change poses a serious threat to the world and Africa. We have segmented our environmental control in three chapters, which is:
Chapter 1 – Recycling and job creation
Collect and recycle plastics from each home and take them to factories for recycling. This process will engage the youth due to monetary benefits, creating an economic shift in the country and engaging the youth, while creating jobs. Recycling will further reduce economic burden on the country due to lower imports of foreign raw materials.
Chapter 2 – Youth mobilization and awareness
Mobilizing the youth, volunteers, and stakeholders to raise awareness in the community about some trees at each door. It is also intended to establish a system in which the government and the private sector will monitor and monitor the environment on a regular basis.
Chapter 3 – Replantation
Demonstrate the mind of the generation that various activities can be done in the field of environmental protection, to nurture the plants that are transplanted permanently, and to plant the plants that will be transformed into food. The plan also includes parks and green areas in each area alongside housing construction, with the government engaging in municipalities and working on a sustainable generational mindset. Creating a greener world by clearing debris, planting and protecting seedlings.
